Vanquished Darkness

The rays have started penetrating, they couldn’t be subdued any more,

The power of my belief was too firm, the luck had to make its way, for sure.

The crimson splendor of this golden hue, has fought a night too long

The brilliance is now colossal, like a symphonic, spectacular song.

A lover of life and its divine details, I chose many professions, but writing chose me. The word infinity has always stirred a quiet wonder in me, about where we come from, where we’re going, and what lies beyond. It is this wonder that fuels my words. A certified life coach, dentist, nutritionist, dietitian, content creator, and French language enthusiast, I wear many hats, but at heart, I’m a seeker. A seeker of meaning, of beauty, of the unseen stories that surround us. To me, life is not a destination, but a sacred process of continuous learning, feeling, and unfolding. This space, Poetry and Fitness, is where my passions meet: emotional well-being, physical health, parenting reflections, and poetic expression. Through every post, every poem, and every quote, I hope to spark thought, healing, and a sense of connection. Thank you for being here. Let’s grow, heal, and rise together.
