When the Sun Paused

The cars stood still, the breeze held tight,
As amber spilled from the edge of light.
No rush, no race, just sky and flame,
A quiet close, no one to name.
The trees stood still, the silence grew,
And twilight blushed in dusky hue.

The wind swept bold through restless trees,
It sang in swirls, it danced with ease.
We chase the hours, miss the glow,
Yet sunsets teach what time won’t show.
That joy is found when all is still,
When hearts align with evening’s will.
The day withdrew, but left its grace,
A golden hush, the sky’s embrace.

An Amiable Gesture

” As he toiled through the day, and cycled his way through the serene but lonely lane,

The calm wind caressed him, to help advance, and make him oblivious of the pain.”

Emblematized Endurance

With great strength she steers through the day, and then the clock halts, so abrupt..

There she sits in the dusk wondering, if her loneliness, this cruel time would ever disrupt.

She smiles, as she looks back at the memories, which were framed in the warmth of the wood,

Her heart was with her soldier, yet very valorously through the trials of time she stood.

A Paradisaical Realm

“The silvery dusk, of that chiseled hour, had deep harmonies all unsaid,

The euphonious twilight, was ambiguous, but the amour can never be misread.”
