A Life Well Stirred

What topics do you like to discuss?

“I love to speak where joy takes flight,
In nature’s arms and morning light.
Where laughter rings from young and old,
And stories by the fire are told.
Of herbs that heal and food made kind,
Of peace we stir and strength we find.
Of music soft, of yoga’s flow,
Of breath that helps the spirit grow.
Ask me of life, I’ll gently share,
It lives in all moments warm not rare.”

The Leap Of Faith

When is the last time you took a risk? How did it work out?

I took a risk, unsure, afraid,
Sent my son where paths weren’t laid.
“Isha” called with quiet grace,
A school, a space, a sacred place.

No map in hand, just mother’s trust,
But magic bloomed, as all things must.
He found himself, so bold, so true,
And soared beyond what I once knew.

No Room For Regret

Write about a time when you didn’t take action but wish you had. What would you do differently?

I charge with will, no moment I dodge,
Regret finds no home where I boldly lodge.
When action calls, I rise, I strike,
With fire in my soul and thunder alike.

Ripples, Not Knots

How do you unwind after a demanding day?

“Unwinding’s a myth when you’re never too tight,
I dance through my chaos with laughter and light.
No knots to loosen, no burdens to drop,
Just moments that ripple, and gracefully stop.”

Threadlight

How do you use social media?

I use it like a quiet stream,
Not to shout but softly dream.
To share a thought, a verse, a view,
To light a spark in hearts anew.

No race for likes, no need to chase,
Just drops of truth in digital space.
A whispered word, a healing tone
To make the scrolling soul feel known.

A mirror of both peace and strife,
A curated slice of mindful life.
Not to impress, but to express
A little less noise, a little more depth.

Train Tales

Describe a random encounter with a stranger that stuck out positively to you.

It began as moments often do,
A fleeting smile, a friendly view.
Yet time unveiled a deeper thread,
A quiet bond, no words had said.
Though strangers shaped by lives unique,
We found the truths we didn’t seek.
