At My Command

How has technology changed your job?

Technology is not my boss, you see,
It bends to serve the will in me.
A spark that hums, a fleeting light
But I decide what’s wrong or right.

It types my thoughts with swift delight,
Yet words are born from inner sight.

A screen may show what scans reveal,
But only hands like mine can heal.

And though it speaks with boundless might,
It knows no pain, it craves no light.

Technology moves at my demand
A tool of steel, a mindless hand.

So let it fly, and let it race
I’ll use its strength, but set the pace.

A lover of life and its divine details, I chose many professions, but writing chose me. The word infinity has always stirred a quiet wonder in me, about where we come from, where we’re going, and what lies beyond. It is this wonder that fuels my words. A certified life coach, dentist, nutritionist, dietitian, content creator, and French language enthusiast, I wear many hats, but at heart, I’m a seeker. A seeker of meaning, of beauty, of the unseen stories that surround us. To me, life is not a destination, but a sacred process of continuous learning, feeling, and unfolding. This space, Poetry and Fitness, is where my passions meet: emotional well-being, physical health, parenting reflections, and poetic expression. Through every post, every poem, and every quote, I hope to spark thought, healing, and a sense of connection. Thank you for being here. Let’s grow, heal, and rise together.
